We run jobs across all of Lexington every week. Here's what we know about each area:
Lexington Center and Massachusetts Avenue — The historic district from the Battle Green past Buckman Tavern. Colonial, Federal, and Greek Revival homes with deep basements and tight staircases. Estate cleanouts and full-home haul-outs are the most common calls from this corridor.
East Lexington — Along Mass Ave toward Arlington, near the Minuteman Bikeway. Older residential streets. Single-item pickups and landlord move-out cleanouts come from here regularly.
Hartwell Avenue Corridor — Lexington's commercial and light industrial zone near Route 2 and Hanscom Field. Office parks and research facilities. We handle office furniture removal and commercial cleanouts throughout this area.
Hancock-Clarke Neighborhood — Off Hancock Street near the historic Hancock-Clarke House. Quiet, older residential streets. Attic and estate cleanouts are typical here.
Meriam Hill — Off Bedford Street east of the town center. Larger homes with significant storage. Full basement and garage cleanouts are common.
Liberty Heights — Mid-century homes on the west side, built post-war with full basements and attached garages. Those spaces fill up.
Peacock Farm and Five Fields — Two mid-century modern neighborhoods built in the 1950s for academics and researchers. Many original owners or their families are still here. Estate cleanouts and whole-home haul-outs are regular calls from both.
Six Moon Hill — Another 1950s modernist neighborhood off Turning Mill Road. Same pattern — original owners, decades of belongings.
Concord Avenue Corridor — Western Lexington toward Lincoln. Larger properties, more outbuildings. Garage and outdoor debris cleanouts are common out here.
Woburn Street and the Lexington/Woburn Line — Northern edge of Lexington bordering Woburn. We cover both sides.
