Burlington is one of those towns that looks simple on a map but has a lot going on once you are actually in it. Here is where we work most, and what we typically see in each area.
Havenville: The biggest neighborhood in town, running along Bedford Street and Cambridge Street toward the Route 62 area. A lot of ranch homes and split-levels built right after Route 128 opened — which means a lot of basements and garages that have been filling up since the Eisenhower administration. Full basement cleanouts and garage haul-outs are our bread and butter out here.
Mill Pond: The northeastern corner of Burlington near the Mill Pond Reservoir and Conservation Area — 140 acres of trails and wetlands that locals love. The houses out here are bigger and older, and families have been in them for a long time. We do a lot of estate cleanouts in Mill Pond when a longtime owner moves on.
Fox Hill: A family-focused neighborhood centered around Fox Hill Elementary School on Francis Wyman Road. Single-family homes, established residents, and the kind of attics and garages that quietly accumulate thirty years of stuff. Estate cleanouts and full garage haul-outs are common calls from Fox Hill.
Cambridge Street and Town Common corridor: Burlington's main road runs right past the Town Common — a genuinely nice lawn that locals actually use — and Simonds Park, which has a skate park, tennis courts, and a street hockey rink. The homes along Cambridge Street are older and mix longtime residents with newer buyers moving in as people discover what Burlington has to offer. We do regular furniture removal and single-item pickups all along this stretch.
Burlington Mall area — Route 3 and I-95: The mall sits right at the intersection of Route 3 and I-95 on Middlesex Turnpike. It is the second largest mall in Massachusetts and one of the most recognizable commercial landmarks north of Boston — Nordstrom, Macy's, Legal Sea Foods, and 190+ shops. Surrounding businesses, retailers, and restaurants in this zone call us for renovation debris removal, commercial cleanouts, and single-item haul-outs.
3rd Ave and Wayside Commons on District Avenue: Burlington's other major retail corridor — a strip of restaurants, shops, and businesses that draws people from across Middlesex County. Commercial properties along this stretch occasionally need office furniture removal, renovation debris hauling, and equipment cleanouts. We handle it.
Lahey Hospital and Medical Center — Mall Road: Lahey is one of the most recognized medical centers in New England, right on Mall Road near the Route 128 interchange. The surrounding residential neighborhoods — especially along South Bedford Street and the corporate corridor near Middlesex Turnpike — generate a mix of residential and commercial junk removal calls. Medical staff and long-term Burlington residents in this area call us regularly.
Francis Wyman Road and surrounding neighborhoods: Francis Wyman Road is named after the Francis Wyman House at number 56 — one of the oldest structures in Burlington, built around 1666 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The road runs through a quiet residential stretch with a mix of older colonial homes and newer construction. Garage cleanouts, basement haul-outs, and single-item removals are common here.
Peach Orchard, Pine Glen, and Seven Springs: Residential subdivisions in the southern and central parts of Burlington with 1980s and 1990s homes mixed with newer builds. Move-out cleanouts, appliance removal, and post-renovation debris are the most common calls from these neighborhoods.
Middlesex Turnpike corporate corridor: Burlington's town motto is literally "Where Technology Goes to Work." The Middlesex Turnpike is home to major tech, pharma, and finance companies — Oracle, Pega, Nuance, and others have had significant presence here. Office cleanouts, furniture removal, electronics disposal, and commercial debris hauling for businesses along this corridor is something we do regularly.
